Natalie is a creative visionary who shapes experiences that resonate and builds relationships that last, grounded in a career spanning experiential design, merchandising, and project management. She brings both strategic clarity and hands-on grit to every client she works with.
With over 15 years of experience, Natalie has led visual storytelling, retail activations, and branded environments for The Walt Disney Company, Cedar Fair Entertainment, and Fortune Brands. At Disney, she oversaw creative development, installation, and execution across more than 240 locations including Disney Cruise Line, Aulani Resort, and international flagship stores.
She has driven six-figure seasonal campaigns, national rollouts, and immersive merchandising initiatives. Her work also includes luxury home staging throughout Southern California and interior consulting across the region. She later built a full-service painting and design business that combined creative direction with hands-on execution.
One of her many passions is volunteering. As a board member for the Huntington Beach Lifeguards Association, she re-designed the brand, curated a merchandise package to support fundraising, and produced community events from concept to celebration.
Natalie is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and holds a Project Management Certificate from Cal State Fullerton. Her window design work was featured in Design:Retail magazine after she won a challenge hosted by Saks Fifth Avenue and FIDM.
She recently relocated from Southern California to Georgia after her twin daughters became proud Bulldogs at the University of Georgia — go Dawgs! She’s loving the beautiful trees, nature, and Southern charm. You’ll often find her cheering at the softball field, flipping furniture, or treasure hunting for vintage gems. A frequent traveler and lifelong creative, Natalie draws inspiration from everywhere she goes, especially Europe.
